Reserve your trip at least 24 hours ahead.
Cancelation Policy - 24 Hours prior to scheduled trip. No cancelation is allowed for Proms, Weddings or Hourly Limousine bookings.
Prior to your arrival we must have your or inbounds party contact info.
For Domestic Arrivals:
Our Driver is going to wait for you at the luggage claim area holding an orange sign with your name on the sign.
For International Arrivals: Our Driver is going to wait for you in the designated waiting area for international arrivals; this area is after you pass U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Our Driver is going to hold an orange sign, the sign is going to say your, or your guest's name.
If you need special assistance (wheelchair or otherwise handicapped) please let us know at the time of the reservation so we can provide adequate help.
